I am trained in various Revenue Cycle software and passionate about improving technology for a better healthcare experience. I have led scrum teams of varying sizes utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Design Thinking Framework. I've also proven to be reliable with product development responsibilities such as collecting user requirements to determine user stories and acceptance criteria, gathering feedback, grooming the backlog, monitoring the scrum board, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
